Simply draw the reservation on desired dates and specify the number of rooms and occupancy to Reserve Groups instantly. Choose from available rates or promotional packages to apply, with automatic calculations for Room Tariffs, Discounts, Inclusive services and Applicable Taxes
Reservations on the current date can be checked in. The Group Reservation Form will display & let you manage all the details of the Group by the simple principle of ‘click to change’.
Making a new Reservations is like simply drawing them on the status chart. Add guest info with choice of valid Rates & Packages to choose from & confirm Reservations in seconds.
Simply right-click on the booking and select Checkin from the menu options to check-in the guest. Invoke automatic printing of Check-in card, and all Service inclusions of Rates updated in respective Departments with schedules.
