Hotelogix all-in-one PMS comes with an integrated Central Reservation Office (CRO) software to assist multi-property/chain hotels in managing their reservation requests from the central office. It allows a chain hotel’s reservation agents to receive reservation/booking requests coming via phone, mail, brand website, travel agents, corporate clients and walk-ins, etc. It works as a real-time booking console for agents to find out room availability across properties.

For example – A chain hotel has 5 properties operating across 5 different locations. A potential guest calls up the central office, and he wants to make a booking at Property B in X location. In this scenario, the reservation agent can leverage the power of CRO to find out room availability and rates at the Property B. The reservation agent can process the booking and can confirm the same immediately.

Flexible payments and deposits: You can customize payment terms or enforce policy driven deposits to manage bookings/cancellations/no shows. Also accept advance deposits from guest on behalf of the property for which the booking is created.

Controlled user right: You can control your reservation agents’ rights appropriately from the CRO interface. Restrict outsourced reservation agent’s access to your confidential data.

Offer discounts: Increase the chances of booking conversion by offering discounts at the time of creating a reservation.

Rich reservation data: Know your business-critical data including market segments, booking source and guest type, etc, to analyze and gain better insights.
