The challenge of catering to international guests:

The Patong Beach B&B management team was in search of a well-connected Front Desk platform to manage all operations and to access real-time reports. Tourists visit Patong Beach from all over the world, so it was important for the Front Desk platform to be able to operate using a variety of foreign currencies.
