Sales Development Representative
- Understanding of products and target market.
- Lead Generation through effective means including working through various databases and effective web search options like LinkedIn.
- Engage prospects via email and over the phone.
- Understanding the prospects need and creating sales ready opportunities.
- Qualification of leads based on various parameters and working with right contact in the prospect organization.
- Follow the established pre-sales process and consistently use CRM to document prospect interaction ensuring efficient lead management.
- Adhering to territory hours and metrics, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect type.
- Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp up quickly.
- Ability to work in high-energy sales environment as a team player.
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills.
2- 4 years of experience as a successful Lead Qualification/Sales Development Representative with IT products / IT services will be preferred.
