The free trial of up to 15 days helps you evaluate whether Hotelogix is a suitable solution for your property. The Freemium is a no-obligation pricing plan that you could use to run the operations of your property for as long as you want to.
What is the difference between the Freemium and other paid plans?Open or Close
The Freemium plan is primarily designed to cover all the operations of a hotel. In the paid plans, you can choose to add revenue generating services like Channel Manager, GDS Connectivity and more, which are not available in the Freemium plan.
How do I upgrade to any plan?Open or Close
To upgrade from the Freemium to Paid plan, simply click on the ‘Upgrade to Paid’ button on your account page. If you are looking to make the switch from the Premium to Enterprise plan, get in touch with us and we’ll assist you with the transition.
Do I have to pay anything extra for setup and support?Open or Close
Basic setup services are included in all the plans. For any customized training or setup requirements, additional charges will apply on a case-to-case basis.

What is your billing cycle for the paid plans?Open or Close
It is a 30-day billing cycle. Your contract gets renewed every month and will continue unless we receive further notification from you. (This does not apply if you choose the yearly plan).
What happens to my billing if I change my room inventory in the future?Open or Close
The pricing of Hotelogix PMS will change based on the change in the number of rooms. So, your monthly subscription will increase or decrease accordingly and this will reflect in your next billing cycle.
Do you offer a refund?Open or Close
We want our customers to be satisfied with our product. To accomplish this, we offer a 15-day free trial of our PMS so that you can use the system before you sign up. As we have a ‘try before you buy’ approach, we do not offer a refund for our product.
