Faros Suites was searching for an easy, cost effective property management system, that would handle their front desk, is simple to use , quick to adapt and offers regular reports to get better control on business. They did not want to invest a lot of time on implementation and training. For fear of transitioning to difficult-to-learn and tough-to-master platform, hotel remained on pen & paper system, spending a lot of time on double-checking of every single reservation. It became very hard to handle every day reports and considering the time involved, it became inefficient to manage the operations. As they planned to increase the number of rooms and services in the property, the flexibility of the system was one of the most important features they required. “We needed a system that was flexible enough to adapt and extend to our growing requirements. Hotelogix provided a centralized web based system on which Faros Suites could manage all their operations like Frontdesk, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Web bookings and management reports for their business analysis.
Hotelogix featured all important reports for better control over the business. Faros Suites is now able to check all the operations such as the sales, marketing and finance department from any point of the world and can plan the strategy accordingly. They claimed this to be the biggest asset.
