    When will it be available?

    The press release says it’s available on GooglePlay. As a customer, i haven’t been notified of it’s release yet. I have no idea what is correct, and no one at Hotelogix can tell me. Can someone let me know when it is really released?

        What does “launched” mean? Is it available for download or not? If its launched then it should be available to all current customers? I haven’t been notified of ANYTHING as a customer of Hotelogix so I didn’t know it was “launched”. This is quite an important evolution that all Hotelogix customers should be informed of, however we haven’t received anything. I had to find out about this by reading a Lodging Newsletter where an announcement was made to the public but never communicated to existing customers. I’m very unhappy as usual with Hotelogix lack of communication with your customers. I feel like a 2nd class citizen.
